Three separate production lines are used to process
- Material Recovery Facility (MRF) Glass with fines and residue
- Recycling/Redemption Center (RC) Glass
- Color sorted separately Flint, Amber, Green
- Two Mixed Glass (Amber + Green together)
- Three Mixed Glass (Flint + Amber + Green together)
- Fine Grinding to produce raw material used to make Fiberglass
Processing capabilities include the ability to handle other grades of glass such as
- Plate glass – Window glass
- Decasing – Product desctruction
- Drain – manufacturing scrap
